How much does it cost?
The app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. There is no charge to browse company research.
Who can open an account?
Accounts are available to accredited investors. Accreditation status is verified once during signup, as required by SEC rules for private-company investments.
I already use the Investor Portal. What is the app?
The Phoenix Investor Portal is not going anywhere — it remains the full desktop workspace for expert insights, real-time analysis, and curated opportunities. The app puts the parts you reach for daily in your pocket: company research, overnight intelligence, and your positions. Same firm, same account, same clearing.
Which devices are supported?
The app requires iOS 15.0 or later on iPhone, or Android 8.0 or later.
Which pre-IPO companies does Phoenix cover?

Who clears and custodies accounts?
Accounts are cleared through Axos Clearing LLC, CRD 117176 — a separate, unaffiliated firm, member FINRA and SIPC, which holds your securities and cash. Phoenix Financial's firm CRD number is 144403.
